As the construction manager, BDG’s management gets the project up and running and sees it through to completion. The builder and designer are both involved in the project from the start to ensure the highest value is achieved.

BDG manages the details of the design, budgeting, scheduling, and supervision of the total construction process. We provide value-engineering services and use a team approach to construction with the owner, architect, general contractor and developer working together from the very beginning. Since BDG is a developer, and not a general contractor we are not tied to a specific general contractor or design firm. This means a more competitive pricing process for the client.
