Principal, graduated from the University of Miami with an MBA in Finance in 1992. Mr. Brown began his career by founding Groshire construction, focusing on rebuilding homes and commercial properties after Hurricane Andrew. He then co-founded BMS Enterprises with Steve Brown, his father, and David Brown, his brother.

Over the last 10 years, BMS has developed over 1.5 million SF of multi-story mini-storage facilities. BMS also bought, redeveloped and/or sold a wide range of commercial properties during this time, valued at more than 300 million dollars. In 2004, BDG was launched to encompass the Brown's entire portfolio of real estate ventures.

Mr. Brown specializes in management, finance and disposition of a wide range of properties controlled by BDG, including recent sales to Public Storage of over 1 million SF of commercial property. Mr. Brown is currently involved in the financing and sale of multiple assets being developed by Brown Development Group.
