Principal, graduated from the University of Miami with an MBA degree in Finance in 1996. Mr. Brown began his career as a broker specializing in Industrial properties with Doran Jason. Mr. Brown was involved in the acquisition and sale of multiple commercial properties for several years. He then co-founded BMS Enterprises with Steve Brown, his father, and Victor Brown, his brother.

Over the last 10 years, BMS has developed over 1.5 million SF of multi-level mini-storage facilities. BMS also bought, redeveloped and/or sold a wide range of commercial properties during this time, valued at more than $300 million dollars. In 2004, BDG was formed to encompass the Brown’s entire portfolio of real estate ventures.

Mr. Brown specializes in acquisition, development and design of a wide range of properties controlled by BDG, including recent sales to Public Storage of over 1 million SF of commercial property.

Mr. Brown is currently focused on land development encompassing the acquisition and development of hundreds of acres throughout Florida for Brown Development Group.
