During the last 10 years, we have developed over 4 million square feet throughout Florida. BDG currently has 400,000 SF under construction and several hundred acres in pre-development phases. Our experience, expertise and commitment results in making complex deals happen.

BDG acts as a real estate investment advisor and owner representative for a number of entities primarily in the South Florida market and invests private capital in real estate acquisitions and developments throughout Florida.
